Access & Logistics

Your responsibility to provide safe access, parking, and clear instructions. Issues with access that cause delays may incur additional charges.

Limitation of Liability

Our team is insured for accidental damage. However, we are not liable for pre-existing wear, fragile items not secured, or damages from structures in poor repair.

Your Role in a Smooth Service

Our job is to clean. Your job is to ensure our team can work efficiently and safely. These responsibilities are part of our terms to prevent delays, accidents, and misunderstandings.

Website Accuracy

We strive for accuracy in content and pricing, but errors can occur. We reserve the right to correct errors and update information without notice. Product images are for illustration.

Method Note

How We Evaluated These Terms

These Terms were drafted to balance clarity with protection. We evaluated them against three core principles: Clarity for the Client (no legalese traps), Practicality for the Team (clear logistics), and Stability for the Business (managing risk).

Key Trade-offs Considered:

  • Deposit Requirement: Protects against last-minute cancellations vs. potential friction for new clients.
  • Limited Liability: Necessary for our scale and pricing vs. client perception of risk.
  • Local Jurisdiction: Ensures enforceability vs. limiting appeal to international clients.
  • Pre-Visit Checklist: Reduces errors and delays vs. requiring client effort.

Our goal is to create a framework where misunderstandings are rare. If a situation arises not covered here, our team will default to fairness and practicality, guided by the principles above.
